This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with very comfortable beds. The hotel's location close to the old bridge was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily explore the beautiful old town of Mostar. The staff were incredibly kind and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only small improvement that could be made is the breakfast, which was a bit lacking in variety and quality.

Complementary xmas gifts were a nice touch and the location was very convenient so we could easily explore the city. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony during the xmas day which was breathtaking.

Our overall experience was not great. We had communication issues with most of the staff, which made it hard to get any help or service right away.

The room was modern and comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was a great addition, even though the bar wasn't open yet. the small car park and underground garage were perfect for our motorcycles.

We arrived in blazing hot weather after a long drive, but our room wasn't ready and the receptionist made no effort to make us feel welcome or offer any guidance. It was frustrating to be told to leave and come back later without even a seat or a glass of water.

The service at the hotel was outstanding, especially from the receptionist Dani who made our stay memorable with helpful city tips. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the private sauna and spa were a luxury option. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the 24/7 service was very convenient.

The breakfast options were poor, but thankfully there was a bakery nearby. the cleaning service and overall service at the hotel were not up to standards, as there was minimal cleaning and no replacements for cups and glasses.
